FargoArt is operated by Viktoriia Misztal, based in Venlo, Netherlands. By booking a session or retreat, you agree to these terms.

All sessions and retreats require a non-refundable deposit of €50 to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session or as agreed in writing.

• Cancellation 72+ hours before the session — deposit can be transferred to a new date
• Cancellation less than 72 hours before — deposit is forfeited
• No-show — full session fee applies
• Cancellation by FargoArt — full refund or rebooking offered

All photos are selected and edited exclusively by the photographer. RAW files are not included and are not available for purchase. The editing timeline is up to 3 weeks from the session date.

Your photos are for personal use only. FargoArt will not use your images for promotional purposes without your explicit written consent. If you agree to portfolio use, you may withdraw consent at any time.

All photographs remain the intellectual property of FargoArt. The client receives a personal-use license. Commercial use, resale, or transfer of images is not permitted without written agreement.

FargoArt reserves the right to end any session immediately if a client behaves in a manner that is disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Retreat bookings are subject to separate retreat-specific terms communicated at the time of booking. Retreat deposits are non-refundable. Dates are confirmed once the minimum group size is reached.

FargoArt is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
